Now that most of the editing of the site is done from Uk this no doubt will be the hotspot of all activity.
 
For some time UK was a viable option for people seeking an alternative. However things have become increasingly difficult and if the stories published in the BMJ are anything to go by PLABBERS ( as they are called ) have to go through a really tough time before they get the elusive first job. Sadly thats not the end of the misery. However there are a few success stories and there is always hope.
